There’s not much that Gary Charlton doesn’t know about metalworking fluids and their application. Having devoted much of his 28 years in the business to the subject, the depth of his knowledge is considerable. Gary’s entire career to date has been with oil company, D. A. Stuart, but he has now joined Master Chemical Europe as R&D chemist – Europe.

This post has been created in recognition of Master Chemical Europe’s status as the headquarters of European R&D for the US-based Master Chemical Corporation. Its market-led development work and application specific projects will benefit greatly from Gary’s hands-on expertise. He joins a growing R & D team at Needham Market who have been responsible for the introduction of several innovative products, specifically for the European market.
