Breezair goes to market to provide cooling in Widnes
Dedicated to taking an active approach to ensure best practice in areas such as the environment, Halton Borough Council in Cheshire has found a cost effective way of cooling Widnes Market Hall, whilst at the same time maintaining its “green” credentials. The council has installed the environmentally friendly Breezair evaporative air-cooling system in the Market Hall reducing summer temperatures from a sweltering high of 30°C to a more comfortable 20°C.

Breezair provides JCB transmissions with a green solution to high factory temperatures
The combination of CoSaf Environments technical know-how and Seeley International Europe’s Breezair Evaporative Cooling has provided JCB Transmissions with the solution to a very sticky problem. By specifying six Breezair TBA coolers, CoSaf Environments has reduced temperatures in the company’s Gearbox Plant by over 10°C.

ColepCCL’s management in Scunthorpe has resolved the problem of reducing high summer temperatures in areas of its factory where a combination of machinery and solar heat was producing indoor temperatures of up to 35°C. The company has installed the Breezair evaporative cooling system, which has reduced temperatures to 8°C below ambient temperature from exclusive UK and Irish distributors, CoSaf Environments.

Pegler Yorkshire has overcome high summer temperatures in its radiator valve assembly line at the Pegler plant in Doncaster by installing Seeley International’s state-of-the-art Breezair evaporative cooling through UK exclusive distributor CoSaf Environments. Temperatures in excess of 35°C have been reduced by up to 13°C to provide the workforce with a cooler and more pleasant working environment.

A Cool solution for Eminox

The conundrum of how to cool down workers on the factory floor without creating a high velocity impact that would affect a tig (tungsten inert gas) welding process has been resolved with the installation of the Breezair Evaporative Cooling System at one of Eminox’s three factory buildings on its site in Lincolnshire. Temperatures in excess of 30°C have been reduced by up to 6°C to provide the workforce with a cooler and more pleasant working environment.
