The i5 is the first infrared camera of its kind on the market in terms of weight, size, functionality and price. Weighing less than 340g it has an 80 x 80 pixel IR resolution and thermal sensitivity of 60mK that provides a clear infrared image so that faults can be identified and remedial action taken; a long life battery provides up to 5 hours of continuous operation.
Temperatures up to +250°C can be measured with the i5 and it can detect thermal differences as small as 0.10°C; images are displayed on the camera’s bright 2.8” LCD. This measurement range enables the camera to meet the needs of a very wide range of mechanical, electrical and plumbing applications in domestic, commercial and industrial environments.
This multi-purpose camera is also incredibly easy to use and requires no former experience. It really is a matter of point, shoot and detect hotspots. The resultant JPG images carry all the necessary temperature data and can be stored on a built-in SD card or directly onto a PC for analysis or e-mail.
Available via a Europe-wide distribution network the i5 comes with FLIR QuickReport software for image analysis and easy creation of reports in PDF format.
