Money saving kit from Fluke includes Voltage Proving Tool and a Voltage and Continuity Tester

Fluke UK is offering a money saving kit which includes the recently introduced Fluke PRV240 Voltage Proving Unit together with a Fluke T150 Voltage and Continuity Tester. The battery powered electronic PRV240 sources both AC and DC voltages for test tool verification, including both high and low impedance digital multimeters, clamp meters and Two Pole Testers. It is an easy-to-use product for electricians, commercial or industrial technicians, HVAC technicians or anyone working remotely who needs access to a voltage source to verify their tool is working correctly. The T150 is the high-end member of a family of rugged two pole testers offering fast test results, and built with state-of-the-art measurement and safety technology, with large, easy-to-use buttons, bright backlights, and clear audible and physical indicators designed for any work situation.

The Fluke PRV240 Voltage Proving Unit provides a stable, fixed output voltage to properly assess correct operation of many types of electrical tester, clamp meters and multimeters.Verification of a test tool is recommended by both GS38 and NFPA 70E before any live measurements are made. The PRV240 is the ideal solution for electricians, environmental health and safety managers, plant safety officers (for example at oil & gas and chemical processing plants), facilities managers and other managers concerned with electrical safety and compliance. It comes with a TPAK magnetic hanging strap for convenient operation and has a re-chargeable internal battery power sufficient to perform 5000 verification tests.

The Fluke T150 Voltage and Continuity Tester offers four ways to indicate AC/DC voltage: a clear, instantly visible LED indicator, a bright digital display of the measurement value, an audible continuity test (with on/off setting), and vibration to provide tactile feedback so electricians know there is voltage present. It has Cat IV 600V, Cat III 690V safety ratings and also measures resistance. It features high-quality construction, including a heavy-duty moulded case, wiring with WearGuard™ wear indicator, a sturdy battery case and a durable probe protector.
