Two rugged diagnostic videoscopes from Fluke that target maintenance engineers and other professionals are in stock at distributor RS Components. They enable equipment inspections and diagnose problems in a wide variety of industrial applications. The new rugged Fluke DS701 and DS703 FC videoscopes offer high resolutions of 800 x 600 and 1200 x 720, respectively.

In 2017, Environne'Tech, Emitech Group started off its industrial project ‘Bourgoin-Jallieu 2020’ with an extension to its test centre for equipment qualification and environmental testing. Advanced semiconductor solutions provider, Renesas Electronics Corporation, has announced that GE Healthcare Japan's Hino Factory performed a proving test using Renesas’ ‘AI unit solution’. The AI unit solution is one of Renesas’ e-AI (embedded artificial intelligence) solutions for manufacturing equipment that makes it possible to adopt AI in endpoint embedded equipment.

The PicoScope 5000D FlexRes oscilloscopes from Pico Technololgy have been chosen by Diagnóstico del Aislamiento Eléctrico (DIAEL) as a key component for its new MS Pico portable system for partial discharge measurement. Partial discharge measurement is the most important technique for assessing the insulation condition of high-voltage systems and provides an effective solution for assessing the reliability of electrical installations.

The in-house test laboratory at MEN MikroElektronik has been accredited by the German accreditation body DAkkS, according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 for EMC, environmental simulation tests and safety of electrical equipment. With accreditation according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005, MEN can now supply recognised test reports for further approvals of the end system.
