The first TechED technical education and user conference hosted by Rockwell Automation recently took place at the Disneyland Resorts Paris. Already well-known in the US, the EMEA event has also proved popular, with over 700 attendees signing up in advance for places on multiple training streams.

  At this year's SPS IPC Drives trade fair in Nuremberg, Germany on the 28th to 30th November, Schaffner will be exhibiting and introducing product innovations from its EMC, power quality and power magnetics divisions.

Softing will be presenting itself as a competent partner for the realisation of networked automation, at this year’s SPS Drives show taking place 28-30th November in Nuremberg. With its products and solutions, the company closes technological gaps between OT and IT, and creates the conditions for seamless exchange of digital data in Industry 4.0 applications.

At CIIF, China International Industry Fair in Shanghai, the Taiwan located subsidiary of congatec will present smart manufacturing IT platforms for 'Made in China 2025' (MIC 2025) solutions in hall 6.1H, booth A065. These instantly deployable computing platforms enable Chinese machine building and manufacturing systems engineers to develop smart, connected manufacturing equipment as well as robotics and intra-logistics devices with situational awareness for collaborative manufacturing.

Scalable predictive maintenance company Senseye has announced it will be giving live demonstrations of its automated condition monitoring and prognostics software, featuring Remaining Useful Life calculations at the current ‘Connected Manufacturing 2017’ conference in Birmingham over the 1st and 2nd of November. 

Showcasing its extensive range of lightweighting, digital manufacturing and 3D printing capabilities at this year’s Advanced Engineering exhibition, is engineering solutions provider, KWSP. Taking place at The NEC in Birmingham on 1st and 2nd November, the event aims to connect the UK’s engineering supply chain with R&D, design, test, production and procurement professionals from leading OEMs worldwide.

  At SPS IPC Drives 2017 (Hall 9, Stand 205), Rockwell Automation will show how it can help every manufacturer and machine builder - wherever they are on their journey towards Industry 4.0.

  Toyota Material Handling UK, who are appearing as headline sponsor at the Manufacturing Management Show, will be using the show as an opportunity to showcase its new product the Autopilot TAE050, which is set to bring automation to manufacturing sites across the UK.

Belden will demonstrating at SPS/IPC/Drives 2017 in Nuremberg how the company can deliver connectivity solutions that will help to leverage the benefits of the Internet of Things (IoT). In addition, the Belden team will present a number of new products and technologies from its Belden, Hirschmann and Lumberg Automation product ranges designed to enhance the productivity of industrial systems and machines.

There are challenges facing today’s packaged goods manufacturers to reduce costs per package unit, on lines that need to be flexible and ready for the introduction of the latest packaging innovations. However, at the same time, production lines need to be more tightly integrated, with improved monitoring at a local IT level for both production and performance data.
