Advanced and precision engineers seeking metal heat treatment and PVD coatings will see a much expanded offering from Wallwork Group on stand Q6 at the Advanced Engineering 2018 show. A new Newcastle facility is now fully integrated into the group. Cambridge has increased vacuum brazing capacity with an additional furnace and gained further Rolls-Royce accreditations. While at Birmingham more Aluminium processing has been added.

Innovative Aerospace Coatings and Treatments for Weight, Fuel and CO2 Reduction From Wallwork Group

The Wallwork Group, is using The Farnborough Airshow to showcase new processes designed to extend the service life and improve performance of critical aerospace components. Amidst fuel price increases and challenges to improve environmental performance of aircraft, the company has developed metal treatments that will achieve substantial in-flight fuel savings, sustained performance between scheduled maintenance and extend service life to reduce life-time costs for operators.
