TURCK announces their Q-track™ family of linear position sensors has been expanded to include the newest QR14 and the Q17 models.

TURCK introduces h-style (3-branch) and H-style (4-branch) M16 tees, ideal for saving valuable field installation time and hassle in comparison to hardwired cable tray installations. The tees are available in a multitude of configurations, including tees with a male connector on either side of the trunk line, integral connections or cable drops.

TURCK announces that the company's JBBS junction bricks for AS-interface® networks are now FM approved for Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C and D hazardous locations. JBBS junction bricks simplify the connection of multiple field devices and can be mounted directly on the machine in hazardous environments, with no enclosure required.

TURCK has expanded its broad offering of inclinometers with the Q42, a new dual axis inclinometer sensor with a CANopen interface for angular tilt detection. This CANopen interface makes the Q42 inclinometer sensor ideal for use on mobile equipment and off-road vehicles.

TURCK introduces M12 true torque connectors, which may be hand-tightened to a predefined torque, preventing overtightening. Determining whether or not a connector is properly secured is easy with the true torque connector: Once the proper torque has been achieved, the nut rotates freely—indicated by a clear haptic and audible signal.

TURCK introduces the FAS20 family of IP20 rated, in-the-cabinet, block I/O stations for AS-interface® (AS-i) networks. The FAS20 stations’ compact size and DIN-rail mounting option makes them suitable for upgrading existing panels in batch processing, pharmaceutical and material handling applications.

TURCK has enhanced its line of precise, compact inclinometers with the introduction of a single axis device featuring dual programmable setpoints. Like all TURCK inclinometers, this device utilizes MEMS (micro-electro-mechanical system) technology to solve unique feedback requirements. This new offering replaces the traditional analog output with two discrete outputs and is programmable for settings such as on or off points, span and hysteresis. Users can simply program the inclinometer using a teach adapter.

TURCK announces new Cat 5e Ethernet cables that are Gigabit capable and incorporate flexlife® cable jackets. This jacket material is resistant to abrasion, crushing forces and chemicals, making it particularly suitable for harsh duty environments.

TURCK introduces rugged F36 absolute encoders for CANopen networks, the latest addition to the Kübler by TURCK F36 encoder series. Characterized by their compact size, high performance and robust design, F36 encoders are ideal for medical technology or drive engineering applications.

TURCK introduces a new AS-interface® (AS-i) speed monitor that monitors safety speeds and stop conditions on up to two axes. The speed monitor, manufactured by Bihl+Wiedemann, is part of the large range of AS-i safety products distributed by TURCK in the United States.

TURCK announces its new Interface and Intrinsic Safety Quick Reference Guide, providing an overview of the company’s intrinsically safe products, including switching amplifiers, analog I/O, solenoid drivers, rotational speed monitors, and relay and power supplies. The guide also features new intrinsically safe models, such as FDT/DTM amplifiers that can be programmed with PACTware.
