At this year’s sps/ipc/drives exhibition Trio Motion Technology will showcase its full range of Motion Coordinator high performance motion and machine controls.  Special emphasis is on the MC4N ECAT Mini EtherCAT master controlling 12 drives from different manufacturers on one network in Hall 3, Stand 449.

Trio Motion Technology has updated its Motion Perfect v3 application development, configuration and connectivity software for the acclaimed MC4 Motion Coordinator range of multi-axis motion and machine controllers. The latest release, version V3.1.1, includes several new features and enhancements including single-point programming support for Trio’s new UNIPLAY HMI 7” and 10” operator interfaces, an updated Project Encryptor for code and intellectual property security, and a plug and play configuration utility that simplifies drive set-up.

Trio Motion Technology has launched its eagerly awaited Motion Perfect v3 software, bringing an enhanced and more productive user experience for application development, configuration and connectivity across the MC4 Motion Coordinator range of multi-axis motion and machine controllers.

Trio Motion has expanded its Motion Coordinator range with two new motion and machine controllers based on the latest 533MHz ARM11 processor - flexibly and economically providing new levels of multi-tasking servo or stepper control for high performance automation. The MC403 will control two servo axes with a master encoder input, or three stepper axes; whilst the MC405 has a choice of four servos plus a master encoder or five step and direction axes. The 6MHz servo encoder ports are selectable for incremental linear or rotary feedback or may be configured for SSI, Tamagawa and EnDat absolute types. The maximum stepper output frequency is 2MHz. Any combination of servo and stepper axes is possible.

Trio Motion Technology has launched a new range of modular DIN-rail mounted CAN I/O expansion modules that feature switchable TrioCAN I/O and CANopen DS401 protocols to allow use across its Motion Coordinator motion and machine control families as well as providing as a competitively priced decentralised I/O extension system for third party CANopen devices.
