Specialist provider in global calibration and measurement solutions, Trescal, has announced that Great Yarmouth based apprentice Sam Dilly, has been recognised for his outstanding performance in Technical Support by Salford and Trafford Engineering Group Training Association.

Trescal, an international specialist in calibration services has acquired Digital Measurement Metrology (DMM), a calibration services provider based in Brampton (Toronto - Ontario). The transaction consolidates Trescal’s geographical footprint and technical coverage in Canada. This acquisition has been completed with the support of Ardian, its majority shareholder.

According to an international calibration specialist, improperly installed and inferior quality air hoses pose a danger to air tool users. The advice, from Trescal, has been issued to heighten awareness among manufacturing organisations regarding the potential risks associated with the use of air tools on production, assembly and repair operations. And the associated risk for operators to urge organisations to do more to protect personnel.
