The Deeter Group, market leaders in the design, development and manufacture of electronic sensors and control systems, is proud to announce the achievement of CSA Explosion Proof Accreditation for its LVCS-AFP and FS-AFP fluid level sensing products. The addition of the CSA approval to the existing ATEX and IECEx approvals means the products are suitable for use in hazardous environments in most regions worldwide and will be suitable for use in the American and Canadian oil and gas, petro-chem and chemical industries.

The Deeter Group have added a wide range of ATEX certified load cells for industrial weighing applications to their very successful range of ATEX and IECEx approved liquid level sensors. The new range of load cells are available in lever mount, cantilever, shear beam, folded shear beam and master mount form factors and can measure weights from 10Kg for process weighing up to 50 Tonnes for silo, tank and vessel weighing applications.

The Deeter Group have made two key appointments in response to increasing sales of their market leading UK designed and manufactured electronic sensors and control systems. Neil Palmer takes up the role of UK Sales Manager with responsibility for the launch and growth of the new Deeter explosion proof liquid lever sensor and wireless sensor product ranges.

The Deeter Group have attained ATEX and IECEx approval on a wide range of sensor products enabling them to be used in hazardous environments. ATEX Directive 94/9/EC is the mandatory requirement for all equipment intended for use in a potentially explosive atmosphere to conform to specific safety standards.

The Deeter Group announce the introduction of their new Low Volume Liquid Dispenser. The Deeter Group announce the introduction of a free site survey service for customers considering the implementation of a Deeter or any other wireless sensor network operating in the 2.4GHz ISM band. Deeter’s own wireless sensor networks may be used to remotely monitor temperature, pressure, flow, humidity, liquid level, float or proximity switches or any sensor connected to a 4-20mA control loop.

Deeter Electronics announce the launch of a Leak Detector intended for raising the alarm in the event of a water leak in data-centres, server rooms and building basements. The Deeter Leak Detector system comprises a Leak Detector Controller, mounted in a UL94-V0 flame retardant 35mm DIN-Rail housing, and IP65 Sensor Heads which can be connected in a daisy chain. The Leak Detector Controller is available with a 230VAC mains input or a 24V (AC or DC) power input.

Deeter Electronics announce the latest addition to their ground breaking Wireless Sensor System for industrial monitoring. The market leading international company, specialists in the design, development and manufacture of electronic sensors and control systems, has introduced a new Multi-Channel Wireless Sensor System for more complex installations. The new system permits the monitoring of greater numbers of remote devices than was previously possible and can display the state of up to eight analogue sensors and up to thirty two switched inputs.
