Smart Manufacturing appears to be this year’s theme for the 24th International Sheet Metal Working Technology Exhibition, from 25th - 29th October 2016 in Hanover, Germany. With increasing levels of digitalisation within the production process, EuroBLECH 2016 presents a wide choice of innovative solutions to improve cost efficiency, flexibility and process stability along the entire sheet metal working technology chain.

With 1,520 exhibitors from 39 countries and a total of 84,000 m2 net exhibition space, this year’s EuroBLECH, held from 23 – 27 October 2012 at the Hanover Exhibition Centre, is set to be record breaking. The event has increased by 5% in exhibitor numbers and by 7% in exhibition space compared to the previous exhibition held in 2010.

From 23 - 27 October 2012, the 22nd International Sheet Metal Working Technology Exhibition will open its doors again in Hanover, Germany. As the World’s No. 1 exhibition and business barometer for the sheet metal working industry, the show offers its audience a comprehensive idea of the prevailing technological trends and economic situation. Currently the economic outlook for the industry sector is cautiously positive. Despite some uncertainty due to the global economic situation and the currency crisis in the Euro zone, the sheet metal working industry presents itself as stabilised and confident.

After the EuroBLECH record exhibition in 2008 the sheet metal working industry has had to face difficult times. It was only in the months ahead of EuroBLECH 2010 that the industry showed signs of recovery and the economic outlook was cautiously optimistic again. In this period, EuroBLECH 2010, as the world’s leading exhibition for sheet metal working was more than ever the focus of the industry; and expectations, in particular, of the exhibiting companies were high. During EuroBLECH 2010 it became clear that the industry had managed the crisis. Companies reported large increases in business activities and sales, and industry leaders even announced that it was their best exhibition ever.

From 26 – 30 October 2010, the world’s largest International Sheet Metal Working Technology Exhibition will, once again, be the central market place for everyone involved in sheet metal working. Mack Brooks Exhibitions has announced dedicated sheet metal working exhibitions in Russia, Poland and India next year. The organisers of the world’s leading international sheet metal working exhibition EuroBLECH, held for the 20th time in October this year in Hanover/Germany, will organise the BLECH series of events every other year. Unlike EuroBLECH which targets a global audience, BLECH Russia, BLECH Polska and BLECH India are designed for the respective national markets.
