The German city of Hannover will once again play host to one of the world’s most important engineering events, the EMO international machine tool and manufacturing technology exhibition from the 16-21st September 2019. On Stand A1 in Hall 6, you will find Leader Chuck International demonstrating the very latest workholding and productivity enhancing products from its extensive range of products.

The OMIL range of gripping systems offers new and enhanced products specifically developed and selected to improve the efficiency, productivity and accuracy in a number of key sectors, including machine tools, assembly machines, transfer machines, gantry-robots and in the general mechanical and electromechanical engineering industry sectors, as well as ‘bespoke’ special machining solutions. 

  Featuring an engineering cornucopia of new and enhanced products specifically developed and selected to improve the efficiency, productivity and accuracy of just about any machine shop, Leader Chuck Internationals will be at MACH on stand H18-02.

One of the UK and Ireland’s foremost workholding and manufacturing ancillary specialists, Leader Chuck Systems has announced the addition of the Piranha Clamp system for high precision and high-pressure coolant delivery. The 100% Swiss manufactured Cooling Line range offers a number of performance advantages for machine shops relying on the uninterrupted supply of coolant during prismatic and turning operations.

  The Walmag range of permanent magnet, electromagnet and electropermanent system from Leader Chuck Systems is designed for machining applications such as grinding, turning, drilling and milling, as well as wire and die sink EDM machining has recently been expanded and enhanced.

A range of high precision centring vices has been added to the existing product portfolio of Leader Chuck Systems. The Piranha Clamp range offers a number of performance advantages for machine shops using prismatic machining techniques.

  Expanding its portfolio, Leader Chuck Systems, has added a range of keyed, keyless and hybrid industrial and medical drill chucks from Llambrich.

Following extensive technical meetings and intense product training, Leader Chuck Systems has recently been appointed the sole UK and Eire agent for the advanced range of high quality single and multi-spindle bar feeding solutions designed and manufactured by Italy’s Cucchi Giovanni. An example of the latest bar feeds will be exhibited for the first time at MACH 2016 (Hall 5 Stand 5304).

Leader Chuck Systems has recently added the Exact Machinery range of precision CNC rotary tables and indexing units to its extensive product portfolio. The Taiwanese company has over two decades experience, continuously developed new and innovative products to improve the manufacturing processes and productivity for precision engineering companies in every industrial sector. The ISO 9001 accredited 180-strong company produces over 3,000 units each year at its 4,800 m2 state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

The ‘Inspiration through Innovation’ event, free to attend and hosted by Seco, will see Leader exhibiting its latest portfolio of products. Held at Serco's facilities between the 24th and 25th September 2014, the event will be running from 9.30am until 5pm.

The ZeroClamp zero point clamping system, from Leader Chuck, will be on display at the AMB international metalworking exhibition in Stuttgart, Germany and at IMTS 2014, held in McCormick Place, Chicago, USA. Boosting the system's international coverage, both exhibitions attract a combined total of nearly 200,000 senior engineering visitors. IMTS runs from 8th - 13th September and AMB from 16th - 20th September 2014.

Boasting a mass reduction of 38%, the latest addition to Leader Chuck System's TOPlus Mini range is one third shorter and one third smaller in diameter. The enables the chuck to provide reduced energy consumption during operation and better cutting tool accessibility. 

A 80mm centric vice, from Leader Chuck Systems, has been specifically designed to further enhance the productivity of multi-axis machining techniques. The vice can be accurately secured to the machine tool’s table, or any other workholding interface, either with the serrated multi-point clamping rail or via the zero point clamping console, that uses HSK-like face and taper contact.

From 5th to 10th March 2013, TIMTOS 2013 was held at the Taipei World Trade Center. The biennial exhibition has already become established as a focus for international buyers, and is a prominent international event in the industry. Visitors to Autogrip Machinery’s stand, represented exclusively in the UK and Eire by workholding specialist, Leader Chuck Systems, were able to see first-hand the largest power chuck the company has ever produced.
