In response to the new SOLAS regulations due to come into force on the 1st July 2016, LCM Systems is pleased to announce the launch of a cost effective, fully SOLAS compliant container weighing system. The company has been supplying container weighing systems for around 5 years with over 40 system sold to date, and have utilised this experience to design a flexible modular system that can be easily and quickly retrofitted onto straddle carriers, container cranes and telehandlers.

The TOG series of stainless steel toggle link load links from LCM Systems, used extensively throughout the oil and gas industries, is one of the most flexible ranges on the market. The load links are particularly suited to permanent installations where wire loads are being measured and have been designed for added flexibility. 

LCM Systems Ltd, is pleased to announce the launch of a brand new range of ATEX/IECEx certified, hazardous area load cells and enclosures. This ATEX/IECEx certification authenticates that LCM Systems’ load cells can be used in Zone 1 and 2 hazardous areas without danger of causing or contributing to an explosion when used in flammable gas and dust environments. These environments include offshore drilling platforms, petrochemical plants, flour mills and any other industries where there is a possibility of a mixture of potentially explosive gases, vapours, mists or dusts being present in the air. 

LCM Systems has recently extended its range of accessories for use with its extensive range of load cells and instrumentation. To complement its ranges of SHK and Telshack Load Measuring Shackles, LCM Systems is pleased to announce that now it offers Crosby Bow and D anchor safety shackles that can be purchased with or without LCM’s link load cells and a selection of Rod End Bearings supplied and calibrated with an associated load cell.

Taking on board suggestions from its customers, particularly in the marine and offshore industry, LCM Systems has launched a new range of Large Digit Display indicators for use in crane, lifting and hoisting applications.
