IBASE Technology has announced the MAI602-M4D80 motion control system that can be used in various factory production applications such as automated optical inspection, semiconductor wafer handling, packaging and material handling systems. The MAI602-M4D80 is powered by 7th/6th Gen Intel Core i7/i5/i3 desktop processors and has a 4-axis motion control PCIe card that meets the performance and positioning accuracy requirements of high-performance servo/step motors.

Growing demand for flexibility, IoT and Industry 4.0 deployments have seen manufacturer of application specific embedded PC platforms, IBASE Technology, achieve European success in recent years. As a consequence, the company is now turning its attention to the fast-expanding UK market.

An ARM-based panel PC – MRS-801-RE, comprising an all-in-one-panel PC with an 8in. LCD display has been launched by IBASE Technology. The PC uses the single-core 1.0GHz Freescale i.MX6 solo in a fanless enclosure and is equipped with 1GB DDR3 memory to provide high-computing and reliable performance.
