Designed to provide fast and efficient results, the new analyzer incorporates the revolutionary Aspectrics EP-NIR technology, a robust sampling interface and an easy to use graphical user interface.

Following the outstanding success of its pioneering Encoded Photometric Infrared Spectroscopy (EP-IR) analyzers, Aspectrics, Inc., has established a new Professional Services Division to demonstrate its express commitment to its ever-growing clientele. The new Division will work closely with both existing and potential customers in order to create turnkey custom solutions to address their specific application requirements.

Aspectrics, Inc announces that it has entered into an exclusive agreement with Thermo Fisher Scientific to seamlessly integrate Thermo Scientific GRAMS spectroscopy software with Aspectrics’ groundbreaking Encoded Photometric Near Infrared (EP-NIR) process analyzers.

Aspectrics, Inc. has extended the capabilities of its recently launched MultiComponent 2750 EP-NIR analyzer to perform reliable and accurate quality assurance measurements of biofuels. The EP-NIR analyzer is capable of monitoring methanol, water and total glycerin in biodiesel, measuring water content in ethanol, biodiesel blend determination and analyzing ethanol/gasoline blends.

The outlook for Process Analytical Instruments (PAI) is estimated to reach $6 billion by 2010. Aspectrics, Inc. will be unveiling the novel EP-NIR 2750 and the innovative EP-NIR 2750i biofuels analyzers. This further extends the Aspectrics range of EP-NIR analyzers developed to respond to scientists’ needs working in process, biofuels, ambient air monitoring, stack gas analysis and speciality gases industries. Aspectrics’ EP-NIR biofuel analyzers feature an ultra fast scanning rate of 100 scans/second while achieving an impressive spectral range of 128 photometric channels and enables users to monitor their processes in real time. Aspectrics’ new range of biofuels analyzers will be unveiled on booth #84 at Biodiesel Expo 2007, Newark Showground, Nottinghamshire, UK, October 17-18, 2007.

Aspectrics Inc introduces a new application note to demonstrate the ability of its innovative MultiComponent™ 2750 EP-NIR analyzer to achieve unequivocal identification of three different types of edible vegetal oils, without false positive response. Coupled to an external Aspectrics halogen NIR source and a Specac 2mm pathlength process transmission multimode fiber probe, the groundbreaking analyzer allows access to impressive spectral information in the 2000-2600nm range.
