Suction extraction and dust collection/filtration units

The range includes both dry and wet-dry suction extraction units suitable for machine shop and general production process applications. The efficient collection and removal of metal chip cuttings, including very hot materials, together with granulate, gravel, sludge, water, coolant and oils as well as general workplace dirt and dust can all be accommodated. Some models are also EX rated for zone 21/22 (B1) applications, as well as being suitable for the extraction of problematic dusts including dangerous carcinogenic materials.

With over 50 model variations in the range, including both machine and floor mounted as well as fully mobile products, it is claimed that the right extraction device can be supplied, whatever the type or size of metalcutting or production process operation involved.

Both 230V and 400V power supply devices can be provided, with units having storage tank capacities from 30 to over 700 litres with automatic, continuously operating equipment also available, fully capable of servicing a number of production machines if required. Where high vacuum pressures are required, or operation in explosion-protected areas is anticipated, then compressed-air operated devices can be supplied.

Specialist dust filtering and collection units are available featuring high quality bag and pleated element cartridge filters available in a wide range of filtration classes and media qualities. Bespoke installations can also be designed and manufactured for specialist industrial requirements.
