Compressed Air Treatment Services
The service department operated by Hi-line Industries employs experienced personnel, dedicated to their own range of compressed air treatment products, but also trained on competitor’s equipment. This enables them to provide a discrete third party support to compressor companies and other OEM’s. Many Hi-line products are sold ‘unbranded’ for incorporation into compressed air equipment packages offered by other manufacturers and suppliers. For these companies, Hi-line can provide maintenance, servicing and spares back-up, covering their own and competitors’ equipment, while their engineers use overalls, vehicles and service reports that are un-liveried.
Typical service operations undertaken for Hi-line equipment include:
• Compressed air dryers – checking both refrigerant and desiccant
• Dryer maintenance packages
• Air treatment – total care agreements
• Air dryer dewpoint control including retrofitting AEMS (automatic energy management systems) to any make of dryer
• Updating dryer control panels from analogue to digital or touch screen
• All makes of adsorption and refrigerant dryers repaired and serviced, including desiccant changes

All the service engineers are ACRIB registered (www.acrib.org.uk) with approvals as a safe refrigerant handlers. Hi-line are also a REFCOM accredited company (www.refcom.org.uk) working in association with DEFRA and Department of Environment, with a company registration scheme operating to higher standards than those stipulated in the F-Gas Regulations.

Whatever the service requirements, Hi-line have trained, well presented and qualified engineers to support their own and competitors compressed air treatment equipment. Typical additional operations include:
• Energy audits – compressed air flow analysis
• Breathing air analysis and certification
• Gas generation and separation
• Air handling units and modified atmospheres
• Condensate separator maintenance
• Compressor data logging with iTack
• Vessel and receiver inspection and pressure certification
• Filter element replacement
• Dewpoint measurement
• Pipework installations and modifications
• Hygiene stainless steel pipework by coded welders
• Vacuum systems
• Leak surveys
