New sales engineer in the west for FLIR

Recently appointed to represent FLIR in the west of the UK is Ian Davis. He replaces Alan Grant who left the company after 25 years service.
Ian’s career history includes sales roles in the electrical engineering sector and with switchgear manufacturers. Previous to that he was a quality assurance projects engineer with Toyota and he is impressively qualified for his new role at FLIR. As well as having a degree in electrical, electronics and avionics engineering Ian has a range of vocational qualifications in design and manufacture, from gearboxes to heavy plant.
“FLIR is a world class manufacturer with a fantastic reputation for innovation and product development and I am excited to play my part within this company,” Ian explained. He serves a sales area that encompasses the West Midlands, North West, Lancashire and South Wales.
