Fraser Seminar on Component Cleaning Highly Commended

Delegates from all over the UK attended a Free Component Cleaning Seminar in Barnsley South Yorkshire in June and rated the event as the best seen for many years.

Organised by Fraser Cleaning Technologies and sponsored by Barnsley Honda, this half day Seminar proved of high value.

Covering all aspects of Metal, Plastics and Electronics cleaning, case studies were discussed covering the merits of water based and solvent degreasing products and Equipment.

Table Top Exhibitors included DuPont, Enviro Tech Europe, Kyzen Corporation and CC Hydrosonics.
The featured speaker was Tom Forsythe, Vice President of the Kyzen Corporation who travelled from Nashville, USA, to share his expertise on the subject Choosing the right Chemistry for your application
Reviewing an exit poll which reflected the overall views of those attending, a satisfaction rating of 95% was registered.

Asked if the regulatory update had proved helpful,100% of attendees agreed this was of high value.
Of special interest was the validation outlined to illustrate the low levels of products used in modern cleaning.

Duncan Yellen of F Gas Support, who act in support of DEFRA, was available to offer advice on the use of Fluorinated Chemicals.
