Derek Carpenter gains Marketing Fellowship

Enviro Tech Europe is delighted to congratulate their Sales and Marketing Director Derek Carpenter on achieving Fellow status with the Chartered Institute of Marketing. (CIM)
Following detailed assessment CIM write “Your election is a reflection of your expertise and experience in Marketing”.
Reflecting on his success Derek comments “The importance of Marketing is often missed by companies providing product services to their customers. It’s a means to provide accurate advice and produces greater awareness of customer needs because a primary skill must be to listen first. We are customer led in everything we do and work in a very specialised field demanding attention to detail. Effective communication is the lifeblood of any company and I have welcomed the scrutiny of CIM”
Originally formed as the Sales Managers Association in 1911, CIM has established itself as the pre eminent body on marketing practice worldwide.
Derek is a well known specialist and author of advice in all aspects of metal and plastics cleaning together with European led regulatory advice.
He has completed the first of a two year assessment to become a Chartered Marketer.
