ACI Inc., the name of the new company, has not been set up to replace existing distributors, rather to complement their activities through providing a faster more efficient service by supplying items direct from stock held in the US – including fully-assembled equipment that was previously shipped in component form. This accelerated service for products and spares also applies to local advice and assistance.
ACI Inc. will be selling direct to customers but not in competition to distributors. The intention is to achieve mutual growth and benefit.
“ACI Inc. has been set up in order to further develop our penetration into the US markets,” say Matthew Forknall, ACI’s Marketing Director. “Through enhanced support for our distributors and direct representation, we believe this can be achieved, building upon our already established customer base that includes many global companies.”
