In order to complement and enhance Theorem’s CATIA V5 to Creo View visualisation product, which is part of the Visualize 3D range, a 3D PDF add on is now available. This Visualize 3D product enables CATIA V5 assembly, geometry and attribute data, including manufacturing information, to be published in a Creo View format, extending the use of 3D data throughout the enterprise and supply chain as well as providing input data for multiple downstream processes.

Staffordshire based, Theorem Solution has announced the release of their latest CADverter for Creo > NX users. V19.4 supports Creo 2.0 and 3.0 as well as NX 9.0, NX 10 and NX 11. This uni-directional CADverter can also be licensed with Theorem’s NX > Creo CADverter to create a bi-directional translator.

Theorem Solutions are hosting two half day seminars on Wednesday 7th June, at the Manufacturing Technology Centre - MTC in Coventry to demonstrate how Virtual (VR), Augmented (AR) and Mixed (MR) Reality can be used in the engineering and manufacturing sector to improve processes, and remove time and costs from your business.

The Forum is being held at the Advanced Manufacturing Technology Centre (AMTC) in Coventry. Trevor Leeson, Principal Technical Consultant will also be taking to the stage to discuss ‘Virtual, Augmented and Mixed Reality – The next generation of digitalisation in product design and production.’ The UK Intelligent Engineering Forum (UKIEF) combines the very latest engineering software,    inspirational speakers, and implementation experts, with the opportunity to network with other professionals managing their own Intelligent Engineering systems. The company has recently released its visualisation experience to utilise CATIA V5 data assets in Augmented, Mixed and Virtual reality experiences – Digital Realities. There currently are experiences on Android and Windows 10 based devices – tablets and phones, the Microsoft HoloLens head sets and the HTC Vive head mounted display. These experiences can also merge data from other databases: ERP, MES and CRM along with proprietary databases to further add value to Digital Realities. Theorem Solutions have been helping Engineering and Manufacturing organisations to leverage the value of their CATIA data assets for over 25 years.   The release of V19.3 has been announced by Theorem Solutions as its latest version of Theorem’s NX to CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE Multi-CAD product that supports CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE R2016x, and includes general updates to improve geometry quality.

Theorem Solutions will be hosting a seminar covering the topic Using 3D PDF in Engineering and Manufacturing at the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) in Coventry, UK on the of 11th November 2015. The focus of the seminar is to discuss the emerging use of the 3D PDF format within an organisation and throughout their supply chains and how using the 3D PDF document format can revolutionise this process.

3D PDF technology is a way of sharing 3D data within the familiar Adobe PDF (Portable Document Format) presentation, recognised and used globally. Theorem’s Publish 3D Document suite enables the publishing of 3D CAD data directly from within the Siemens NX design application and via batch process for Siemens JT visualisation data.
