Mate Precision Tooling

At EuroBLECH 2018, in Hannover, Germany, 23rd to 26th October, Mate Precision Tooling will be exhibiting at Hall 12 Stand D158. At the exhibit attendees will be able to see Mate’s greatly expanded QCT product line, set to include QCT Metric, AMX QCT for Amada air blow systems and MXC QCT for Wilson Series 90 systems. 

The new QCT Metric A & B Station Punch Drivers have been announced by Mate with immediate availability.These long stem punches are also known as Mate Original Style or Amada Style. Designed for easier, faster setups, these new A & B Station punch drivers use Mate’s proven QCT punch retention system. It’s simple and intuitive. Also, QCT Metric A & B Station Punch Drivers simplify tooling inventory. These universal drivers may be used on rounds or shapes.

The Mate Precision Tooling exhibit and will start in Las Vegas, Nevada will be seen at FABTECH Las Vegas at Booth C36069. Mate’s greatly expanded One Source Fabricating Solutions, new Ultra QCT Quick Change Tooling, CleanBend Press Brake Tooling, One-Micron Fiber Laser Lenses and more from 16th to 18th November.

Mate’s new SuperMax tool coating answers today’s requirements for high performance, longer lasting punch press tooling. Providing a hard, wear resistant and lubricious coating, SuperMax acts as a barrier between the punch and sheet metal, greatly improving stripping and extending tool life.
