Delta at Hannover Messe 2018 unveiled its integrated Smart Factory and Energy Management solutions to enable higher productivity and energy conservation through smart manufacturing. Delta’s High-Flexibility Multi-Tasking Smart Production Line features seamless integration of digital manufacturing monitoring platforms, IIoT technologies, three robot workstations and a smart conveyor to let visitors perform on-site order processing and real-time monitoring of the customised production process.

  At SPS IPC Drives Italia 2017, in Parma, Delta showcased its complete portfolio of next-generation industrial automation products and solutions designed to augment the productivity of manufacturing and industrial processes in a broad spectrum of applications. 

A broad portfolio of high-efficiency PV inverters and battery energy storage solutions is being presented by Delta at Intersolar 2017 Europe. The energy storage system ES30 series, an all-in-one solution integrating Li-ion batteries for up to 90kWh capacity and more than two hours of continuous 30kW back-up power; and the high-performance string PV inverter M88H series, featuring maximum 88kVA output power, peak efficiency up to 98.8%, active cooling and an electromagnetic interference (EMI)-proof design, will be highlights of Delta´s showcase.

Delta has been showcasing its capabilities towards smart manufacturing with its innovative Integrated IIoT and Robot Workstation and a broader diversified portfolio of cutting-edge industrial automation products at HANNOVER MESSE 2017. The aforementioned Workstation integrates Delta´s 6-axis articulated robot solution, superior IIoT and machine vision technology as well as the new Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to enable time and resource-efficient customised ordering and production.

Displaying its various building automation solutions, Delta are at HANNOVER MESSE this week, 24th-28th April. Some of the companies solutions are in fact already contributing to the enhanced annual energy savings of up to 89% in the lighting system of the Manchester Airport, UK and up to 12% in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system of a major facility of Telecom Italia, Italy.   

Global visitors at this year’s HANNOVER MESSE will see Delta, with its smart manufacturing solutions at stand A57, in hall 11, this week from 24th-28th April. The company will showcase its innovative Integrated IIoT, Automation and Robot Workstation, which adopts Delta´s articulated robot solution, digitalisation and IIoT technology, and new Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to perform customised products ordering and manufacturing.

The power electronics and energy management system solutions company, Delta Electronics has used the CeBIT 2017 exhibition, which took place 20th-24th March in Hannover Germany, to showcase its all-in-one containerised data centre. This new-generation unit features converged AC and DC power supplies to suit ever-evolving edge computing applications at telecommunications companies and network carriers.

  With an expanded and strengthened portfolio of solutions, capable of realising smart manufacturing and higher energy efficiency in a broad range of applications, Delta will be in hall 11, on stand A57, at Hannover Messe 2017, from 24th-28th April.

Modular products from Delta have been selected as part of an innovative automated system installed recently at a major water treatment facility in Romania. The solution, which is based on Delta modular hardware architecture components that include PLCs, industrial Ethernet switches, HMI, motor drives and around 1400 I/O points, is providing drinking water and wastewater treatment plant automation for a population of around 30,000 people in Sebes, Petresti and Lancram in central Romania.The installation was devised by system integrator Costruzioni Dondi SpA, and involved providing a distributed control system to principal plant processes such as pumping stations and water level monitoring equipment.

Among these, Delta´s laser-light source DLP video wall solution boasts the world´s highest brightness of 2,150 lumens and embeds the Distributive Vision Control System (DVCS) which allows control rooms to capture, distribute, control and display HD video signals over an IP network for optimal operating integrity and efficiency.
