The LS-3 Series of compact, all plastic liquid level switches, from Gems Sensors & Controls, is ideal for shallow tanks, restricted spaces or for any low-cost, high volume use. The highly reliable design of the LS-3 Series level switch operates on a simple principle: a magnet-equipped float moving directly with the liquid surface actuates a hermetically sealed reed switch within the unit’s stem. As with all Gems buoyancy type level switches, contact between the fluid and the switch is hermetically sealed, ensuring long life and reliable operation.

MTS has redesigned the Temposonics® E-Series family of linear position sensors which allow for cost-effective and efficient use of magnetostrictive transducers in standard applications with typical requirements. Endress+Hauser introduces the Liquiline CM442, a four-wire, two-parameter transmitter for analytical sensing applications. The Liquiline transmitter accepts data from two sensors and measures any combination of various parameters including but not limited to turbidity/suspended solids, nitrate, SAC (UV254), ISE, dissolved oxygen, pH/ORP, chlorine, concentration and conductivity.

Baumer’s level switch LFFS is suitable for high process temperatures of up to 200 °C. A bright blue light on top of the switch shows when a media is detected. The indication can be seen easily even if the sensor is mounted on top of a tank. Thanks to the DN38 process connection, the sensor is excellently suitable for food and beverage industry applications. For the use in hazardous areas, different ATEX versions are available. It can be easily configured on PC via the FlexProgrammer 9701.
