The company claim that the ASD Series provide the alarm contact with the easiest adjustment method ever designed. Featuring a single turn potentiometer, the switches allow the trip point to be set before the sensor is installed or before the monitored circuit is energised.

Aspiration detection system installed in nuclear reactor
Passing nine extreme environmental tests (including vibration, temperature and humidity), Honeywell Life Safety has claimed that the FAAST (Fire Alarm Aspiration Sensing Technology) aspiration detection system is the first to be approved by one of Europe’s leading nuclear power plant (NPP) operators for installation in their facilities’ most demanding locations, the reactor building.
