Elements Technology, a multi-award winning developer of simple digital solutions for manufacturers have also been listed as one of the finalists for the Launchpad awards at the upcoming Subcon show, the UK's premier subcontract manufacturing supply chain show. The Launchpad awards, new for this year, have been created to highlight six engineering and manufacturing startups, who are in with the chance of winning £8,000.

  From the 16th-20th September 2019, EMO Hannover will once again be opening its doors to the large machine tool market. This year's theme is focussing on 'Smart technologies driving tomorrow's production'. The theme will also be highlighted in a new area for individual control technology, software and automation technology exhibitors.

The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) has opened nominations for its Achievement Awards 2019. The IET Achievement Awards exist to recognise individuals from all over the world who have made contributions to the advancement of engineering, technology and science in any sector. This can be through research and development in their respective technical field or through their leadership of an enterprise.
