MicroCare, a world leader of precision cleaning, coating and lubrication has launched the latest generation of the highly popular Trigger Grip™ System, designed to complement the way its solvents are used.
The Trigger Grip works in partnership with the MicroCare portfolio of aerosol cleaners to efficiently clean circuit boards, mechanical parts and stencils. The Trigger Grip can be adopted to suit the operators needs by way of interchangeable spray-thru brushes or dispensing needles.

Since it was brought to the market in 1985, the Trigger Grip™ has offered a quick, easy and efficient way of cleaning. The product makes each can of solvent last longer, therefore saving money, whilst ensuring precise and effective cleaning takes place.

Scott Wells, MicroCare Business Development Manager – Europe said: “The Trigger Grip™ system has always been a popular choice and is now a must have tool for many of the companies that use MicroCare solvents.

“The experts at MicroCare are continually developing products to help our customers, and the new generation Trigger Grip™ system is a prime example of this. It not only provides precise and efficient cleaning of a wide number of electronic components, but it also ensures there is less waste and time constraints, saving on cost and production time.”

When using the latest generation of Trigger Grip™ system the recommended four step cleaning process can be implemented properly, these include wet, scrub, rinse and dry. Because the Trigger Grip™ amplifies the cleaning power of new pure solvent with the mechanical scrubbing motion of the brush, it delivers outstanding results, far more effective than other cleaning procedures.

With the solvent consumption reduced by up to 50% and less wastage, the money saving benefits of Trigger Grip™ is unrivalled. Productivity is also increased with the products precision application and ease of use making it faster to clean, increasing output by up to 9%.

Tested and certified by the U.S Navy as being ESD-safe when used with a conductive solvent and a properly grounded operator, Trigger Grip™ exceeds the ESD requirements of MIL-STD-2000, so it can be used safely in static sensitive environments. The Trigger Grip™ has established itself within a number of industries as a time and money saving device, which ensures quality of cleaning.

The Trigger Grip™ system works best when used with the Bench Mounting Kit, which holds the system neatly at the workbench, and can be tailored to meet a customer’s requirement with optional brushes and syringes.
