New inductive Leine & Linde absolute encoder available from Mclennan

The recently announced 600 series inductive technology absolute position encoders from Leine & Linde are now available in the UK from Mclennan Servo Supplies. The highly durable industrial grade encoder employs the well proven and high reliability mechanical design of the Swedish encoder specialists 600 series, with extra space made for larger and more robust bearings that increase operational service life.
The newly developed inductive scanning method ensures internal signal generation has an extremely high resistance to shock loads, vibration and extreme environmental conditions.
Available in single- and multi-turn versions with solid and hollow shaft configuration, and a wide range of connector and cable electrical interfaces, the new Ø58-mm inductive encoder includes optional serial interfaces such as EnDat and SSI as well as most common fieldbuses.
Other Leine & Linde industrial encoders available from Mclennan include ATEX versions, extra robust encoders with HTL, TTL or RS422 electrical output, encoders with built-in advanced diagnostics, and dual redundant encoders for extreme levels of safety and reliability.
