LM76

Lubricating stainless steel and self-aligning linear ball bearings has never been easier, with the new design pillow blocks and flange blocks from LM76, which feature a lubrication fitting. Additionally it includes an alignment set screw in the pillow blocks and flange blocks, and the stainless steel and self aligning linear bearings are modified by having an alignment flat ground on the bearings' outer shell and drilling a hole through the outer shell.

A range of FDA/USDA/3-A diary compliant seals have been introduced by LM76, the snap-in ETX Scraper Seals. Machined from Ertalyte PET-P, ETX Scraper Seals have high strength, wear resistance, low coefficient of friction, and excellent dimensional stability at higher temperatures than seals from other materials. Designed with a slight interference fit between bearing ID and shaft, ETX Scraper Seals prevents contaminates and debris from migrating beneath the seal as it scrapes the shaft surface.

Featuring Corro-Slick coated 300 series stainless steel rails and contoured WDX Polymer blocks is the FDA/USDA/3A-Diary compliant, Water Dog Sliders from LM76. Water Dog Sliders can be washed down with the most aggressive chemicals and caustic foaming agents and have an operating temperature range of – 400° to 180°F. 

The electrodeless nickel plated pillow and flange blocks from LM76, FoodStream, are FDA/USDA/3A-Dairy compliant linear motion components. They complement LM76's line of FDA compliant bearings, scraper seals, and shafting. Low cost, "Roll-Slide Mini" carriage and rail linear motion systems are available from LM76 in lengths from 160 mm (6.30 in.) to 1200 mm.  Travel is from 88 mm (3.46 in.) to 1128 mm (44.41 in.)  These low profile linear motion systems are just 12 mm (0.47 in.) high and feature: Quiet running, low resonance, smooth motion, low friction 440c stainless steel roller bearings (Coeff of Friction is .001 to .010 compared with .15 to .30 for polymer plain bearings), low magnetic signature, corrosion resistant stainless steel rails and, electrodeless nickel plated carriages.
