The JXM-IO-E30 expansion module by Jetter is a universal and remote I/O node for self-propelled machines. Equipped with a well-balanced configuration of analog and digital inputs and outputs as well as three short-circuit-proof sensor supplies, the module can be integrated via CANopen into conventional CAN networks of self-propelled machines, such as manure spreaders, forage wagons, dump trucks, sweepers or salt spreaders.

Safety PLCs of the JetSafeControl series by Jetter AG make implementing safe drives as easy as a walk in the park - all major safety functions have already been integrated into the firmware of this controller series. Furthermore, the software tool JetSafe lets you adapt the safety functions to the individual safety concept, and enhance them. In JetSafe the corresponding sensors and functions of a machine are assigned to inputs/outputs of the devices and the safety PLC.

Increasing continually is the amount of motion systems applied in the modern machine building industry. Besides uncomplicated positioning tasks, complex motion sequences have to be implemented more and more often. Classical PLC system reaches its limits here. Especially in terms of the packaging machine building industry, Motion Control systems can demonstrate their strengths.

At this year's SPS IPC Drives, Jetter will present automation solutions for overall or subsystems of select industries. In the field of mobile automation, the company will present a comprehensive overview of solutions for control, networking and visualisation systems in agricultural machinery and municipal vehicles.

The automation standard for JetControlMobile controllers Controllers of the JetControlMobile series are characterized by their modular design. This allows for scalability and configurability according to the customers' needs. These controllers feature high-performance hardware and support a great number of programming languages. Thus, they can perfectly be integrated and networked. At AGRITECHNICA 2015, the new controllers JetControlMobile 511 and 529 will be presented for the first time. The JetControlMobile 511 has been derived as a partially modular system from the proven controller JCM-521. With its 16 inputs, 8 outputs and 2 high-current bridges, this controller is sufficiently equipped for a wide range of applications even in its basic configuration. An outstanding feature are the 2 high-current bridges rated at 15 A. They can be used to drive larger consumers, such as motors. A distinctive feature of the JetControlMobile 529 is the number of channels that can be customized to achieve savings in medium or high production volumes. JCM-521 and JCM-522 configuration data, including their toolchain, can directly be used from these controllers. The JetControlMobile 529 can be shipped ready configured for series production and fully programmed. Strict compliance with ISO standard 11783 offers absolutely compatible communication between a host of implements and the tractor.

At this year's sps ipc drives, Jetter AG presents system solutions for selected industries. The automation specialist will present complete systems as well as highly-specialized subsystems. A large number of new products in the control, visualization and motion system areas rounds out the product portfolio.

Expanding its portfolio of servomotors, the JHN motors from Jetter provide high torque in a space-saving design. Suitable for use in extremely compact machines, the servomotors feature DC link voltages of 24-560V DC and a wide choice of motor windings. This makes them ideal companions for the JetMove servo amplifiers, such as the JM-1000 and JM-3000 series.
