James Walker has launched a new Shell TAT approved product which aims to set new standards of flange isolation for critical applications in the oil and gas and other processing industries. By optimising component design and giving careful consideration to the positioning of the sealing element, allows a single gasket design to be specified for plant wide use across the majority of flange specifications including ANSI, API, ASME, EN, BS, ISO and DIN, saving on inventory costs and simplifying maintenance regimes.

A new manufacturing cell in Belgium is now producing James Walker's Metakamm Kammprofile gaskets for high temperature and pressure flange sealing in the Benelux and neighbouring countries.

Dow Corning is using over 4,000 RotaBolt tension control fasteners on high integrity pipe work, vessels and large body flanges at its new plant currently under construction in Jiangsu province, China.
