This was conducted by our certification body LRQA, and took the form of a thorough 3 day audit of our organisation, and checked that our systems were compliant to the strict requirements of the standard. All departments were audited Purchasing, Sales, Production, Commercial, Stores, Engineering, Technical, IT and HR, and we are pleased to announce that our certificate is being renewed.
Quadrant strive for Customer Satisfaction, Continual Improvement, and Operational Excellence in all aspects of our business by putting rejuvenated emphasis on our quality/business management system effectiveness and were able to show examples of this throughout the audit.
The LRQA auditor wrote in his report ...the company and its Quality Management System (QMS) continue to meet their customer expectations and manage all the associated business risks appropriately.
