The companies signed the Strategic Partnership agreement on July 15, 2011 at Donaldson Headquarters in Belgium. Donaldson Europe was represented by Development Manager Fabrice Noël and Development Manager Niko Verhaegen. Johnsen Oil was represented by its CEO, Henrik Karlsgaard.
