The on-line discussion facility offers both trade customers – working in manufacturing, fabrication, machining, laser welding, routing and bending - and consumer DIY customers needing advice on plastic materials, bending, drilling, shaping and polishing - instant access to expert advice.
At the click of a button now visible on Barkston’s www.barkstonltd.co.uk and www.theplasticpeople.co.uk websites, customers can use the Internet to request information and advice; and receive an instant response.
Experts from Barkston will be available during office opening hours of 9am to 5pm – giving eight hours of daily access. There will be no cost for using the service and should queries not be easily resolved online, they will be escalated to a phone conversation.
