Gas Data gets MCERTS – with flow and H2S monitoring included
Gas Data has achieved MCERTS-approval for its entire GFM 400 Series range – and has done so with the highly beneficial inclusion of Flow Rates and Hydrogen Sulphide, giving its portable gas analysers the most comprehensive performance endorsement on the market.

Rather than settle for gaining MCERTS for just one product - or for just one product in a range, Gas Data has successfully gained MCERTS for its whole GFM gas analyser range, from the entry-level GFM400 gas analyser, right through to the GFM435, which is supported by flow measurement using Combimass thermal mass gas flow instrumentation.

Gas Data’s MCERTS achievement (Certified Products for Portable Emission Monitoring Systems) saw its complete GFM Gas Analyser range fully approved in the certified ranges:

Carbon Dioxide (CO2) 0 to 40% vol
Carbon Monoxide (CO) 0 to 2000 ppm
Flow 0 to 100 Lh-1
Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S) 0 to 200 ppm
Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S) 0 to 5000 ppm
Methane (CH4) 0 to 60% vol
Oxygen (O2) 0 to 20.9% vol

Gas Data’s Managing Director Chris Dakin, commented: “MCERTS has become a very important factor in purchasing decisions, so by gaining certification across our entire GFM Gas Analyser range, we give our customers complete peace of mind that they are investing in instrumentation that matches even the toughest legislative demands – every time”.
