Distributor gears for SPS IPC Drives show debut

Making a first appearance at the 2015 SPS IPC Drives exhibition will be Conrad Business Supplies. The show is one of Europe’s biggest events for electrical automation devices and equipment. Conrad’s stand will be offering a comprehensive overview of their product portfolio, and providing a wide variety of activities, including live product and technology demonstrations.

These will be taking place daily and will involve a variety of products from renowned manufacturers and brands including C-Control, Controllino, EMTrust, IMACS and Crouzet. In its Student Zone, Conrad will be hosting an interactive game with a prize draw.

Particular focus will be on new products from Conrad’s in-house brands. The C-Control, VOLTCRAFT TOOLCRAFT and renkforce brands, in the areas of controller technology, power supplies, test equipment, precision tools and 3D printers, provide developers and manufacturers with good value, high-quality products to help complete or test their projects.

In addition to Conrad’s existing C-Control PRO products based on CC-Basic, there are now also new graphic software based products available. A first to be highlighted at the show will be the C-Control Open Series.

With the C-Control Open, Conrad demonstrates its alignment and support for the Open Source Software Trend.

Also on display at SPS IPC Drives will be the latest extension to the VOLTCRAFT digital DSO-1000D oscilloscope series.

In addition to the two-channel models already available, there are now four-channel devices for professional use offered with a choice of 70 and 100MHz bandwidths a sampling rate of 1GS/s and a memory depth of 500kpts.

However, if only one channel is used the memory depth can extend to 1Mpts, adding value and competence to the whole series.

The renkforce RF1000 3D printer including the new milling and engraving print head adapters will also be demonstrated live. Designed by Conrad’s Technology Center (CTC), it offers users an adaptable, professional grade tool for the creation and development of 3D objects.

The print head adapters are compatible with milling and engraving attachments from leading suppliers and are rated up to 175W.
