LED lighting fixture targets petrochem applications
Dialight’s SafeSite LED High Bay delivers up to 23,500 fixture lumens enabling applications in oil, gas and petrochemical environments. It boasts 110 lumens per Watt and comes with a 10-year performance warranty. Featuring an in-house designed power supply, and next generation LED technology and advanced optical design, Dialight claims that the new LED fixture marks a major step forward in the future of energy efficiency for hazardous environments.
It is typically able to reduce energy consumption by more than 50 percent. Where conventional HID system wattage averages 460W, the new fixture draws just 212W.

At 30 lbs the fixture is rated to operate in ambient temperatures ranging from -40oC to +65oC and boasts a T5 temperature rating at 50oC. It ships standard with 6kV surge protection and is IP66/NEMA4X certified, and it is also available with custom in-house designed optics including medium and wide distribution types, with numerous flood light distribution options coming soon.
