The separation efficiency of both systems is >99% conforming to welding fume category ‘W3’ for high alloyed steels, whilst the sound level is around 72bG(A). The FILTERCUBE 2N/2H has units available with a volumetric fan flow ranging from 2,500m3/hr to 5,000m3/hr. whilst the FILTERCUBE 4N/4H has units available with a volumetric fan flow ranging from 3,500m3/hr to 10,000m3/hr.
The main features of both units are fully automatic microprocessor controlled dedusting, using ‘Pulse Control-steering’ with easy to read text indicator and cartridge de-dusting carried out using a Power Spray system, which holds advantages over regular jet-and-rotation nozzles including it's wear resistance, as only 4 bars are necessary for de-dusting compared to 8 bar when using rotation-nozzles and the optimal distribution of the air in the cartridge via displacement bodies.
Other features include an integrated control system for the fan plus a large dust collection tank with snap fasteners for easy access, whilst a maintenance door with a laminated glass inspection window provides easy access for the filter cartridge housing. Both units are fitted with a silencer as standard. The FILTERCUBE 2N/2H units have 2 hanging filter cartridges each 600mm long (2N) or 1,200mm (2H) whilst FILTERCUBE 4N/4H units have 4 hanging filters of the same lengths.
