VisionXP+ Vac removes gas bubbles and voids during the pre-soldering process while the solder is still in a suitable molten state. With a vacuum of up to 2mbar, void rates of less than 2% are possible. The pressure and speed can also be individually managed giving the user optimum control.

Components can now pass directly from peak areas to the vacuum process, this not only reduces time during the production process, but a stable and high-quality end result is achieved.
