ADLINK Technology will be present at SPS IPC Drives 2015 in Nuremberg with an array of new, innovative products. Industrial automation, especially now with all the new prospects which Industry 4.0 is offering, is key to success in the manufacturing arena. Enterprises are facing enormous pressure to automate and consolidate resources for maximum output and cost-efficiency.

Now in its fourth year, the Engineering, Electronics and Embedded Design Shows 2015, were the most successful yet. Running from the 21st- 22nd October at the Jaguar Exhibition Halls, Coventry, the shows brought together more than 4000 design engineering professionals to the showcase of British innovation.

The collaboration project, which will be officially announced at SPS IPC Drives 2015, has been in discussion for a number of months and is expected to have a profound impact on European companies building machines and automation components designed for sale in Asia. It should also benefit European companies looking to integrate machines and devices from Asia that are built by default with CC-Link IE on-board.

TTI and TE Connectivity will take the opportunity provided by the SPS IPC Drives exhibition to demonstrate the benefits of the close working partnership which has been built between the two companies. TE is looking to build ‘customer intimacy’ through its team and partners, working in collaboration with TTI in a strategic partnership for Automation & Control Solutions to provide customers with exceptional service across Europe.

At SPS IPC Drives 2015, Datalogic will present the SG4 FIELDBUS, its first safety light curtain with integrated OpenSAFETY protocol over a POWERLINK network. Adding the POWERLINK interface to the field tested SG4 light curtains platform, this light curtain will be easy to integrate in networks and will communicate seamlessly with safety programmable controllers through the OpenSAFETY protocol.

At this year’s SPS IPC Drives in Nuremberg, Eaton will showcase its latest innovations in machine protection, advanced connectivity, drive and interface solutions. Visitors will experience how these can help build intelligent machines and systems that are more reliable, safer and efficient while reducing time and cost across the entire manufacturing process. A central focus of the booth is an intelligent Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) that runs three different electrical set-ups in parallel. Those coming to stand 371 in Hall 9 will have the opportunity to observe the different systems’ dynamics, compare energy efficiency values and evaluate the total cost of ownership.

Making a first appearance at the 2015 SPS IPC Drives exhibition will be Conrad Business Supplies. The show is one of Europe’s biggest events for electrical automation devices and equipment. Conrad’s stand will be offering a comprehensive overview of their product portfolio, and providing a wide variety of activities, including live product and technology demonstrations.

At this year's SPS IPC Drives, Jetter will present automation solutions for overall or subsystems of select industries. In the field of mobile automation, the company will present a comprehensive overview of solutions for control, networking and visualisation systems in agricultural machinery and municipal vehicles.

E2S Warning Signals will be attending MARINTEC China, held in Shanghai from the 1st to the 4th of December 2015. The show is the main gateway to the Asian maritime market with 58,000 visitors from 88 countries and more than 1,700 exhibiting companies from 32 countries; this year’s show is even larger. Acknowledged as the world’s leading independent signalling manufacturer E2S will be present on Stand N3H41h within the UK pavilion and will be launching two ranges of hazardous area signals with ATEX and IECEx approval. The stand focuses on explosion proof and intrinsically safe warning signals developed to meet the challenging needs of the oil, gas and marine industries.

MTS Sensors, a division of MTS Systems Corporation, will be showcasing the latest items in its extensive product portfolio which specifically target the agriculture sector at this year’s Agritechnica in Hanover. Enabling implementation within hydraulic cylinders, the company's compact position sensors are highly optimised for mobile off-road agricultural and construction machinery. By utilising proprietary Temposonics technology, its magnetostrictive sensing devices can measure displacement and velocity safely even under the most extreme conditions.
