ISG-virtuos is an established solution for the real implementation of controls with real fieldbusses on virtual machines and plants in control real-time. Not only is it possible to exhaustively test modules and single machines but also complex production plants with a great number of different controls. In the latest version, processes can - thanks to motion libraries - already be tested during concept phase and serve as a basis for the implementation within the respective control systems. Enabled by interfaces such as CAN2.0, TCP/IP, UDP as well as analogue and digital signals, it is now possible to also realise tailor-made test systems for vast software regression tests. Users can now even develop their own modules for real-time applications and actively drive automation components via fieldbus systems.
