The Hardy HI 6200 series are high performance single-channel weight processors featuring either 4-20mA Analog or EtherNet/IP (which was released previously). The new HI 6200 Analog Transmitter is ideal for OEMs and System Integrators building machinery where fast, stable weight data is a critical component to successful design.

A new Clean in Place (CIP) version of its Dynamic Checkweighers that is able to meet demands of food or chemical manufacturers has been announced by Hardy Process Solutions. The new Dynamic Checkweigher CIP uses a framework that minimises horizontal flat surfaces, using sloped faces and round tubing where possible, and a sloped cabinet.

A new series of high performance single-channel Weight Processors featuring industrial Ethernet-based communications, IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) compatibility, remote diagnostics and a user-friendly colour touch screen interface, has been introduced by Hardy Process Solutions, with the Hardy HI 6200 series.

Hardy Process Solutions is now offering certified weighing components for use in classified Hazardous Areas. Hardy’s scales, load cells and junction boxes meet common national and local safety standards with appropriate levels of certified protection for different application environments such as Class I / Division 1 and Class II / Division 1.

After winning against one of the largest paint manufacturers in the US, Hardy Process Solutions’ Dynamic Checkweighers were able to meet customer connectivity and data requirements with its open-source approach by delivering equipment that not only easily integrates into the factory control system, but also produces precisely the data set the customer was seeking.

New versions of Hardy Process Solutions floor scales and lift deck floor scales have been introduced for use in hazardous areas. Hardy’s accurate and reliable floor scales provide value and flexibility in size and capacity for use in a wide range of industrial weighing applications. Hardy Floor Scales are designed and built for harsh chemical and wash down industrial environments, yet are easy to use and install with the latest advancements in weighing technology.

  A new version of the HI 6600 Modular Sensor Systems for PROFIBUS-DP control systems has been announced by Hardy Process Solutions. PROFIBUS-DP (Decentralised Peripherals) is used to operate sensors via a centralised controller in production (factory) automation manufacturing applications.

The Hardy E-Scale Bench scale series has been introduced by Hardy Process Solutions with the world’s first IIoT-ready (Industrial Internet of Things) scale base. It includes an integrated Hardy weight processor for direct network connection to EtherNet/IP, Profibus-DP, Modbus or Ethernet networks.

  A new plug-in module for Rockwell’s POINT I/O chassis, the fastest growing segment of Rockwell controllers, has been introduced by Hardy Process Solutions, the Hardy HI 1734-WS POINT I/O Series weight processing module.

Expanding its OneMount line to include a model designed for small hoppers, tank weighing systems and bagging machines, the Hardy Process Solutions model also suits other dynamic low capacity applications such as checkweighing and conveyor scales.

A new design by Hardy Process Solutions has been introduced, the OneMount Advantage shear beams. Hardy’s new design allows a vessel or hopper to be installed, bolted and welded using the mount itself, without installation accessories that can increase a customer’s capital investment by thousands of dollars, as well as labor costs associated with removing components after installation.
