Extending its range of wheel drive, Bonfiglioli has introduced the new 600WT drive series, which integrate a new axial piston motor especially designed for agricultural equipment. The 606WT wheel drive from Bonfiglioli, combines proven mechanical systems with a new integrated 68 c/rev swashplate motor and thus, represents the best choice for agricultural machinery having closed loop circuits such as self-propelled sprayers.

The new planetary gear 300M series by Bonfiglioli, is available in 20 sizes and is designed for industrial applications. The 300M series, with its optimised reduction stages, stands for highest performance, a higher torque density for the same compact dimensions and is available in 20 sizes with an output torque of 1.3-1,300kNm.

Improved performance in a compact drive is the latest product from Bonfiglioli, gearboxes, gearmotors and drive systems manufacturer as it presents ACU 7 drive controller Active Cube 7 from the proven inverter series Active Cube with an improved power range of 160 or 200kW with water cooling.

Bonfiglioli Riduttori announces the release of the TQF series of precision planetary flanged gearboxes. Highest torsional stiffness, tilting moment and compactness are the main characteristics of the TQF series.  The compact servo solution TQF + BMD is a remarkably compact solution in which the overall length dimensions offer revolutionary, space-saving machine designs.

Bonfiglioli´s RPS Endurance inverters are now ready to tango: With the introduction of the new tandem feature, two units operate seamlessly in parallel on a single medium-voltage transformer winding. This makes the performance and ease of handling of RPS Endurance inverters now fully available for megawatt-scale PV stations.

The new FDK and FZP versions dramatically simplify operations for applications that require periodic maintenance. They also enable a quick and easy disassembling of the gearbox from the machine, thanks to the new output stage design. These design innovations are highly beneficial for applications in the mining, sugar processing and marine sectors.Bonfiglioli´s 300 Series is a robust and versatile solution perfectly suited for harsh applications where shock loadings and impacts are more the rule than the exception. It features strong bearings to ensure a long lifespan. Bonfiglioli´s ongoing mission to improve and innovate their planetary gearboxes for industrial applications has led to two important new features that result in an easier and safer assembling/disassembling of the drive to/from the application. The new FDK and FZP versions feature an output hollow shaft that will make the series more effective and suitable for »shaft mount» assembly.  The hollow shaft solutions reduce the time and effort for the disassembling of the drive from the customer´s machine shaft, thanks to the new solution with the axial locking ring. The new product solutions make mounting and commissioning easier and faster thanks to the smarter design and allow for easier and more accurate screw tightening.
