Extractability Launches The Twin Arm Protectoreclenz Mobile Fume Extractor

The unit is a heavy-duty, long-lasting mobile welding fume extractor for use with unalloyed steel, precious metals, galvanised material and aluminium, perfect for places where large amounts of fume are generated.

The ProtectoReclenz features a durable large surface area filter cartridge of >99% efficiency, the twin arm unit comes with 2 filter cartridges and comes complete with audible and visible filter monitor, rotational direction indicator and hour metre. Because this is cleaned manually, quickly and easily, with compressed air and whilst remaining within the unit, the ProtectoReclenz generates minimal follow up costs and makes sure that no dust can reach the working space.

The unit is capable of handling up to 3500 m³/hr and is complete with two 150mm diameter hose type arms that are easily set into any position and come complete with an internal support structure. The unit has a 2.2kw fan set and is supplied with a 5m mains input cable and plug. The unit’s outside dimensions are 665mm x 776mm x 1625mm and its noise level is approximately 72 dB (A).

There are a number of options to go with the ProtectoReclenz including 2, 3 or 4 metre long arms and available in 415v 3ph. Also available are replacement filter cartridges and pre-coats for filter cartridges.
