The I-94 West Chamber of Commerce recently honored Jet Edge Sales & Marketing Assistant Jaimie Larson as its 2016 Young Professional of the Year.
Larson, who performs a wide range of sales and marketing duties for the St. Michael, Minnesota-based waterjet systems manufacturer, was recognized for her commitment to professional growth and leadership development, as well as for her involvement in the Chamber’s numerous business and community development initiatives. Larson is a co-chair of the Chamber’s Ambassador program and is very active in Chamber activities, including the Elevate for Success leadership program. She also completed the Chamber’s 2015-2016 Business Institute and is currently enrolled in its Marketing Academy.
This is the fourth time in four years that Jet Edge has been recognized by the Chamber of Commerce. Larson was named Chamber Ambassador of the Year in 2013, and Jet Edge received the Chamber’s Manufacturing Excellence Award in 2012 and 2015.
“We’re so proud of Jaimie,” said Jet Edge President Jude Lague. “The Chamber of Commerce is one of the many ways Jet Edge connects with our local business community. Jaimie has done a fantastic job representing Jet Edge as a Chamber Ambassador. We are also humbled to be recognized four times by the Chamber. It is a tremendous honor.”
