IP65 rated front panel and 1Gb of RAM on new flat panel PC from Datasound

Combining the processing power of the AMD LX800 500MHz CPU and up to 1GB of RAM the new AHM 6xx3 embedded HMI system from Datasound Laboratories has NEMA 4/IP65 rated front panel which makes it ideally suited to many industries that involve the use of liquids such as food, marine, chemical, and factory automation.

A 2.5” hard disk drive bay and a CompactFlash socket cater for storage memory requirements. Datasound are making the AHM 6xx3 available with four LCD options, 8”, 10.4”, 12.1” and 15” and all models feature three serial ports, Ethernet 10/100 Base-T, two USB ports, Mini PCI, and PS/2 keyboard and mouse interfaces.

They also have AC97 audio facilities and in situations where a stand alone pc is required, the AHM 6xx3 has VESA mounting facilities in addition to panel mount fittings.

With an operating temperature of 0 - 50 °C, and an 11-28Vdc power requirement, the AHM-6xx3 in its largest size measures 409 x 309 x 66mm and is FCC and CE Class A certified for EMC, the computer is also RoHS compliant.
