Harris Springs Limited, the UK-based precision spring manufacturer, is a recent addition to the Lesjöfors Group.

Harris Springs manufactures compression, tension and torsion springs, and wireforms from a modern, purpose-built plant near Reading in the UK. Founded in 1976, the family-run company has built a reputation for the precision engineering of its springs, especially in smaller dimensions. A continuous programme of re-investment means that the business and its customers benefit from the most advanced production equipment and techniques available.

In addition to precision engineering, Harris Springs has always maintained a strong focus on service and quality. Customer care has been paramount to the company’s development and growth, and commitment to quality is illustrated by ISO 9001:2000 certification.

In 2006, Harris Springs was acquired by the Lesjöfors group and became its UK manufacturing arm for precision spring production. In addition to manufacture, the company can supply spring products from other parts of the group, thus effectively operating as a ’one-stop shop’ for UK customers.
