Seika Machinery, Inc., a leading provider of advanced machinery, materials and engineering services, releases NIX OF AMERICA's NIKKO POWER CYCLONE. The inline cyclone quickly and efficiently removes dust and particulates from PCB surfaces before solder application.

The NIKKO POWER CYCLONE, a PCB cleaner with conveyor, is NIX’s newest technology. The powerful cyclone thoroughly removes dust and particles from PCB surfaces before solder application by utilizing a combination of a brush, high-pressure air knife and vacuum removal.

Unlike adhesive roller type cleaners, the NIKKO POWER CYCLONE requires minimum supervision and the brush needs to be replaced only once a year. Additionally, the cyclones’ high removal rate significantly reduces soldering defects.
